Who is the course suitable for?

This course is suitable for employees who have or will have regular contact with customers or clients, either on a face to face basis or through telephone contact. Successful completion of all three units of this course and the online multiple choice exam leads to the award of the nationally recognised Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service. This qualification is recognised by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) as a National Qualification. As such it appears on the National Database of Accredited Qualifications.

Prerequisites

All candidates must pass a basic skills check, prior to the course to ensure they have a minimum level of numeracy and literacy.

What does the course cover?

The course comprises three units as set out below. The course is delivered by means of lectures and interactive workshops. A written assignment must be completed for each of the three units. The course is completed by a City & Guilds online (GOLA) multiple choice exam. This is undertaken on the final day and cannot be taken until all other units and assignments have been completed.
