Who is the course suitable for?

The course is particularly suitable for Parking Managers, Parking Supervisors, Parking Clerical staff and Parking Attendants. It would also be of interest to Traffic Engineers involved in the design of parking controls on the public highway. The course is suitable for staff new to the industry as well as existing staff needing to bring their knowledge up to date.

What does the course cover?

The course provides an introduction to the Parking Environment, covering the use of parking machines, dispensations, permits, suspensions and waivers. The course comprises six sessions, as set out below.
